At Definition Gym Store, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.
Returns
Supplements may be returned within 7 days of purchase provided that:
- The product is unopened
- The safety seal remains intact
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Products with broken seals
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photographs and additional information to help resolve the issue quickly.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for unopened products within the 7-day return period, subject to stock availability.
