We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Click & Collect
Where available, Click & Collect orders may be collected from Definition Gym during opening hours. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
